M-4 Tactical Rifle

The M-4(or CAR-15 727) is the new and best tactical carbine coming
from the people at colt. It weighs less and is shorter for CQB
purposes yet has about the same range as it's predesser M16A2, has a
faster firing rate, and about the same muzzel velocity. The reason I
say that the M-4 is the best tactical carbine is because it's small,
has the firing rate for a sub machine gun(700-1000 rounds per min.
(cyclic)) yet uses 5.56mm bullets for extra stopping power you can't
get with 9mm.
